We were looking around for somebody knowledgeable and SMART about CoveredCA insurance and quite confused and concerned about filling out the complicated questionnaire. Looking online for a certified enrollment agent and discovered that Martin lived in our town of Windsor. “Go local” is always good in my book, so I contacted him.
